Along with constantly battling an ever-evolving threat landscape, CISOs today face multiple challenges in meeting the demands of evolving industry regulations and quantifying the business impact of their critical cybersecurity programs. Yet existing security analytics tools, like legacy SIEM, do not address security leaders’ executive-level governance needs.

Leadership

Sivan Tehila

FOUNDER & CEO
Sivan is a cybersecurity expert and entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in the industry. During a ten-year career in intelligence and cybersecurity in the Israel Defense Forces (IDF), Sivan served as an Intelligence Officer, CISO of the Research and Analysis Division, and Head of the Information Security Department of the Intelligence Corps.
Before Onyxia, Sivan worked at Perimeter 81 as Director of Solution Architecture; she also served as Program Director and cybersecurity professor for the Cybersecurity Masters program at Katz School of Science and Health, Yeshiva University.

Eugene Brodsky

CTO
Eugene is a Network and Information Security Engineer with over 20 years of successful experience in product planning, design, and development, ranging from startups to world global organizations.
Before joining Onyxia, he was the CTO of Perimeter 81, where he built a world-leading Cloud-based Network Secure Access Service Edge and Zero-Trust Network Access solutions.

Karen Mesoznik

VP OF MARKETING
Karen is a seasoned marketing and media professional with over 15 years of industry experience. She has extensive experience leading content, field, product, and channel marketing, as well as public relations and demand generation activities.
Prior to joining Onyxia, she was a founding team member and Senior Director of Corporate Marketing at Perimeter 81, where she scaled the Corporate Marketing department from seed series to Unicorn.

Vadim Pogulievsky

VP OF PRODUCT MANAGEMENT
Vadim Pogulievsky is a cybersecurity professional with more than 20 years of industry experience. He is a seasoned leader with a proven track record in building cybersecurity products and leading product management teams.
Prior to joining Onyxia, Vadim served in senior product management and cyber research roles in leading companies like Cybereason, Verint, McAfee, and more. As part of his roles, he developed advanced cybersecurity technologies and products.
